She has over 20 years of professional business experience and has been a Real Estate Sales Associate since 2008. Kristin has an extensive background in marketing and complex finance, and in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Alabama and has multiple certifications in several computing programs. Kristin has been recognized as a repeat multi-million dollar producer and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, and The Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors®. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certified, is a longtime licensed FL Notary, a member of the International Business Brokers Association, Inc (IBBA) and owner of multiple small businesses.
